How about blocking the profile?

"Anyone please?"

You can't but I really wish they'd expire (for example after accepting once). We don't always want to block the profile after we've changed our mind about them being on our friends list.

Also if you were friends and they block you they can’t see your profile and pictures, site supporters can remove pictures from messages they have sent as well.

You can counter block them though, so they can't unblock you, message and reblog x

If you have changed your mind you can just remove them from your friends list. The only thing is you can't delete an invite after you've sent it they have to either accept or ignore it. If they accept you can then remove them from your friends list if they ignore it then they're not on your friends list anyway.

Do they expire after a while if they’re not accepted?

They don't expire. The 'invite' just remains on the 'new invite' page until you 'accept' or 'delete'. I've had a few for 3 years. That way they can't keep inviting if deleted, tho not blocked. Supposedly...

"Do they expire after a while if they’re not accepted?"

They do not expire. So if you've changed your mind for whatever reason and removed someone from your friends list - they can just go back to the old friends invite and accept it again. The only way of stopping them reappearing on your friends list is by blocking them. Which is a shame.

They don't go away if you 'accept'. You can accept it as many times as you wish.
