I have been told I have been sent a message by a member, but nothing is showing

I have no filters, and have received messages before from other members

Any ideas why this would not be showing.

They are not even showing as viewed my profile??

Are you on the new inbox? If so, switch back to the old one temporarily and you may see it.

Yea I was on the new style, I've tried that but to no avail.

It's confusing.

They can view my profile, have fabbed a pic, and sent a message.

But on my profile, it shows no view, no fab, and no message

I have no filters activated

I have a joint profile on her but my partner get on to see are a count on his phone is there anyway he can get are profile on his phone so he can look at messages and send them as well

He can just sign in to the same account on his phone.
