It’s showing I have 1 unread message but when I click on it, nothing shows that is unread. What’s happening?

If you're on the new message system try switching to the old one.

Otherwise you could have to many messages for it to be displayed the message system only shows soo many messages until some are deleted it's a bit crap like that
