Why am I now being asked to input a security code every time i log in.

It doesn't matter f it is web or mobile, i have to put an additional code in for the last few weeks.

I’ve had the same the last two days but Pixie hasn’t had to (on the same profile) on his devices. I messaged admin but all they said was the answer is on the FAQ’s, it isn’t! Fairy. Not impressed.

My partner is having an issue trying to log back Into her account, Having problems with since last night.

When using the options of forgotten passwords no links to create a new password is showing at all, Tried looking through Spam, Junk and Inbox.

I did try contacting via that link yesterday afternoon. Heard nothing back plus she has paid for a Gold membership too. Not sure what too?

She is the person who needs to get in touch. They can't reset a password on someone else's say so as you can appreciate

If she starts a new profile to get in touch with Admin they can go through the process with her to get her back into her profile. She can then delete the extra profile
