How to unblock someone not appearing on your block list

We cannot see on the block list the user we want to unblock. How can we unblock them?

If your block list is long - they have dropped off it. You have to use desktop version of the site. Click on anybody else's profile, replace their username by the one you want to unblock in the URL (address line) and click "enter". The profile will appear with the standard "you can't view the profile... " message. On the left hand side of the page will be a little note of when you've blocked them and the option to unblock profile.

Is it sometone you know you blocked?

Otherwise they could have blocked you or occassionally there is a bug on the site where neither of you have blocked the other but you get the message, in that case you need to message the admin
