May I ask how long ago you contacted admin because from what I can see theirs only one admin not a team so it may take a bit of time to get back to everyone, just a thought

This issue has been a problem for well over a year now, just cant get a reply when I contact admin.

Just tried to post this reply with the problematic account and it didnt post..
