Two profiles?

We were thinking of setting up single profiles as well as our couple profile but when I tried that it says I need a different email address. Is there a way round that? I don’t want to set up a new email address just to create a profile.

We would like to do this also without a new email address.

No don't think so. I had to set up a new one to open my singles one
