I pay for the gold membership to use the chat and cams, yet for some reason it just will not work....I have tried all your suggestions and yet still NOTHING !!... Are you ever going to sort this out??? if so when??? and if not when will I get my refund???

And breath.. if noone else is complaining they wont work then its obviously your equipment so how can fab fix that?

As said it's most likely a fault your end, make sure you are using a updated browser, try clearing your browers cache, try a different browser and make sure you aren't joining full rooms.

Or update the chat from flash to html5? It's outdated and full of security issues.
