It hasn't been over turned but people involving certain cases have been found not guilty. Legally everything is a grey area. The problem with the law is that wording is very vague. The original legal advice was the WS and female ejaculation were illegal. The general advice these days is that it is "probably" not. | |||

"Pornography depicting a number of previously banned sex acts has been made legal in England after a review of obscenity laws." The article continues to list watersports as one of the activities. Seems very clear to me. Are you suggesting that Yahoo news is fake news ? | |||
