What's the process with photo theft?

I found a photo on another profile which was of me and a girl. I knew the other wasn't the one portrayed in said profile.

I mailed and told them it's mine and remove it. One half of couple said sorry and removed it

I also reported it.

Now you would think the site would remove them

Oh no they didn't

Why isn't pic stealing a banning offence

One of mine got stolen and used off our couple's account.i emailed admin they then removed the person from the site. Maybe they took down the photo before you told admin so admin didn't see it? Just guessing.

I now watermark all mine to hopefully stop it

They read personal mail so would know.

I'm sure I received a reply before they were online

No idea then lovely. All I know is the one who used mine was removed. Hope it gets sorted

You don't normally hear anything when sending in a report but in this case you will. You will get a mail saying they are looking into it then one when it is resolved

Take them to court like a lot of people say they will with the legal notice pinned to their profile.
