Can get on chatrooms

Hi when we try to go on chatrooms its saying we are not ok to chat...any reasons why

It means you are banned from the chat rooms.

As you are not site supporters, you won't be able to use the mobile version of the Chatrooms - but have you tried using the desktop version? It's a bit faffy with lots of scrolling - but it might work for you.

Only Admin would know that - you could use the 'CONTACT' button [bottom of the homepage in teeny-tiny print] and ask them to check it out for you.
