Are you trying to upload new pics by email?

If so then I read on another thread that you can no longer upload by email.

Go to your "MyAccount" tab.

Click on 'Manage Photos'

One option there is 'Add Photo'

Follow the instructions to upload an image, set it's privacy and await it being approved.
