Profile issue

Hi, wondering if any one can help.

I have a guy who can no longer see my profile. Neither of us have blocked the other though for me it says i am blocked. We have obviously messaged off the site as he believed i had blocked him etc. Seen a screen shot of his block list which i aren't on. What could be causing this?

If you think there's an issue, use the 'CONTACT' button [bottom of the homepage, teeny tiny print] and Admin will check into it.
