Yes.

Phone working normally but text won't send (yes, there is enough credit).

Fab are not responding to my messages about this problem.

Help appreciated.

If you are not getting a text you won't be getting charged. Do you have an age block on your phone?

I had this problem, I checked and was not blocked or had a spendcap with my provider, but it just wouldn’t work. Used my husbands phone in the end (same network) and it worked straight away.

I tried to text but never got a reply. And I’ve been charged by my phone network provider 14p each time of trying!
