Using fab on phone

This has been driving me mad

Does anyone know why I wouldn't be able to access fab using data? On Wi-Fi it's fine. It's not the adult filters as they are off.

I used to be able to but it's stopped.

Only thing really is adult blocker.. double check they atent back on it happened to me once before
