chat session timed out

every time I try to log on and open chat a message saying chat session has timed outcomes up. I have clicked on the bit below ie click here to re enter chat to no avail. Have also logged off and turned computer on and off several times.

Also re-started my machine twice,it looks like a 'gremlin'(GRIMlin...?!)

Ah well,give it half an hour and we'll have to organise a whip-round to pay the server...??!
