You can't.

All you can do is as mentioned above, set your message filters to stop them mailing you, but they can still look.

Nobody can accuse me of being homophobic, given I'm bisexual. So I don't think it's fair that guys who get irritated by unwanted male sexual interest get labelled as Homophobic or "Doth protest too much".

Especially when so many of them are so creepy about it.
