Wait till your silver has run out and wen it has renew it to gold. Hope that helps you x

I been trying to upgrade to gold as my membership ran out but says “sorry payment has not been taken and you have not been charged” but it’s charged me 3x£30 and have Paypal to confirm these 3 payments when it only should have been charged once but still hasn’t not let me be gold member
