Couples Account Disappeared

A couple's account I had on here has disappeared no one else had the password for the account, how can this happen?

Not sure about that one, but I logged on one day a couple of months ago and all my lists had gone - friends list, hotlist, messages etc.. weird!! I changed my password just in case

Maybe the profile fairy has paid a visit and sprinkled some of her magic disappearing dust and poof! it it was gone ..

She can be a bit of a bugger sometimes, especially around the full moon

maybe whoever u had the couples account with deleted it have u asked him/her

they dont have the password for the account so couldnt have deleted it

It might be that someone with admin rights has decided that having a singles profile AND a couples profile is a no-no and deleted the couples profile.

but it was a couples account with someone, and surely they should have contacted me before deleting it. does that mean admin have the right to delete accounts without even asking the people who have the accounts? surely you have the right to explain before they are deleted

and appears admin dont bother to answer messages sent to them about this either

From the FAQ:

My account has been removed, can you re-instante it?

No. If you (or someone you've shared your password with e.g. your partner) has removed your account via the remove account page (which is the only way your account will have been removed), then your account has been permanently removed and can't be re-instated.

You don't respond to any of our mails.

We get hundreds of mails each day and we're afraid we can't respond personally unless you are a Gold Site Supporter. We read all mail you send and encourage feedback. If you have reported a problem with the site we will fix it.

From reading yr profile there is no suggestion within it that you are anything other than a single Fem (no mention of your other half at all) so it could be that someone has reported you to admin for having selected the wrong gender for yr profile (couple instead of fem)

we had single profiles on ere before we met, but decided we wanted a couple profile now, so we hide our single profile and dont use it at all...

you need to decide if you want your couple profile or your single profile, or you just need to use them both regular...

we never had any probs from admin with that...
