Giving a verification

Tried to send a veri to someone pressed send and it read verification saved !!!

Why would it do that as the person has not recieved the veri

Any information would be helpful

I think it saves it until the recipient accepts it.

Its saved and the person has recieved it.. they just need to choose the option to show it

If they haven't recieved it it means yous must have shared an internet connection at some point or the person has filters on
