We have 1 unread message in our inbox but when we go to messages there aren’t any unread! We’ve tried logging in and logging out etc but it’s still showing. Any ideas?!

North of The Wall - youll need your vest

If its an old message it might have dropped off the bottom of your page - if so, delete some of the newer ones and the old one will reappear at the bottom

Nope that didn’t work. Only ten messages now in inbox and all read but till the message says there’s one unread!
