From FAQs:Verifications we try to leave for another user aren't being saved

If you're trying to verify another account that you have created yourself or you're trying to verify someone who is using the same PC as yourself, or you're on the same internet connection, then the verification won't be recorded. We do this to stop people creating fake accounts and verifying them themselves.

Anything to do with this?

Thanks for the response. Nope, both from different areas different networks etc, the meet was few days ago he trying to verify but won't allow

You might have met someone but until someone verifies you then you are still not meet verified you dont have the green tick

You can get cam verified then you can verify someone else by meet or cam

the person you are verifying has to choose to show the verification.. have they recieved it? If you both shared an internet connection then the verification wont go through
