I have experienced the same problem but have not been able to get a response from admin beyond an initial reply. Surely they must be able to see that a text has been sent ti them? In my case two renewal texts were sent!

You always get a reply , normally asking for more information or advising you what to do

If you don't receive a text you won't won't be charged, but the best place to contact Admin about it is through the upgrade help page where they will help you
