Does every public pic that a person adds to their profile automatically get included in the Gallery, or do you have to load them specifically somehow to be in the Gallery . Thx and apologies if it a dumb question

They all go straight into your gallery whether public, friends only or private. X

Do you mean the gallery of newest pics? If so yes, if you upload the pic as public it will go to there.
