A good long time friend of mine has managed to lock herself out of her account a couple of days ago and also unable to access the email to have the password reset email sent, she has had numerous account I’ve the last 12 months and I think forget passwords easily

The problem is she is desperate to have the account closed down and deleted but obviously can’t , I have emailed site admins to see if this could be done on her behalf with no success since yesterday morning.

Is there anything that can be done , considered reporting account as prostitution to see if they delete it for her but that seems a bit extreme

You could report the profile other than that im not sure if theres anything can be done

Admin check for evidence in reports, just reporting someone won't get them disabled.

You asking for an account to be shut down won't get the results you are after, otherwise anyone can mail Admin to get anyone shut down and why you have probably had no answer.

Ask the woman herself to start a new profile then ask Admin for help from the contact button and they will tell her what she needs to do to be able to access the other profile
