Couple to Single profile

How do u change your account from a couples' profile to a single one without losing gold membership? If I were to delete account and set up a new one using the same email, will i lose or keep my gold membership? Any ideas? (Not for me but for a mate of mine) TIA x

Only admin can change profiles.. if they delete yes they loose everything
