change from single to couple

i have recently become 1 half of a couple and want to know how to change my profil to couple and to upload my girlfirend stats. Please can u advice on this matter.

Why dnt you just delete this one n do a new couples profile. New couple,new profile new start together. Congrats anyway n happy swinging as a couple

think admin have said you need to create a new profile

or maybe get photo verified with your partner and ask them to change it??
