Cannot get emailed a password reset

I have a couples profile and for some reason been signed out ? Cannot sign in as forgot password I have put all my email address in but still not received a reset I’m currently paying for subscription and have our photos on. Anyone help please

You won't be able to reply to Admins help mail, if you get in touch with Admin from the contact button again they will help
