So a friends left and rejoined.

She has been on 3+ weeks is photo verified and meet verified but still no joy any ideas?

The leaving/re-joining may have raised red-flags - they will need to use the 'Contact' facility to ask Admin to look into this.

It won't be any red flag for leaving and rejoining so ignore the poster above you.

For anything like this the person themselves have to contact Admin from the contact button
