Problems with couple account

Why can only one of us send winks, edit friends etc. is this how it should be when we have separate phones to access our account, or is there something in the background we need to clear

I have never heard of not being able to use two different devices to access Fab , are you trying to use it at the same time?

we are on together and seperately on different devices makes no difference one half of the couple can do anything the other can’t except to message

I would have said if you were on together it might stop you ( only because someone on the forum said they were bumped off once their OH logged in )

Have you tried rebooting the device see if that works?

Nop not because we are in together... yip tried rebooting nothing helps

Not that anyone has mentioned, have you tried both logging on at separate times and see if you can wink etc when only one logged in?

OK we just tried it logged in at the same time and it was fine. Anyone else have this problem?
