I've tried to Renew my membership by text message like I always do by sending swing to 79100 but it hasn't sent me a reply with my code so I sent the word swing again and still no text reply with a code ?

You will likely be charged twice... theres a contact link on the upgrade page if your having problems click that and admin will help you
