Contact button is not working as they say they cant answer all emails but not in frequently asked questions

The contact button goes straight to admin , as far as I’m aware it’s the only direct link. Also it does sometimes take a while for them to respond .

I have sent a few emails and never once got back to me which I find poor, but they soon contact me when it time to renew my fab membership. So administration you need to look at this and I know what you are going to say you have a lot of messages but it’s customer care and that’s part of you job. But also can I say I love Fab Swingers
