Friend's profile been blocked?

Our friends have messaged us saying they can log in but not do anything with their profile. They had reported someone for being abusive and threatening and now don't seem to have access to their account at all. Anyway of speaking directly to an admin or something to have them unblocked??

If your friends haven't received a message from admin at all, tell them to contact admin by using the contact button.

Reporting someone else is not the reason.
