Ive texted twice to renew my site supporter pass, neither time ive recieved a text back with a pin number. Site info says to try by phone and its £5 from a BT land line.... i only have a mobile, how much will the call cost me from that? Any advice?

Have you checked to see if you have any apps that block unknown numbers?

I text to become a site supporter a few months back, with such an app on my phone. And the pin got lost in the app

Did you text recently? If so send a query to Admin from the CONTACT button.

I think but not 100% sure that phoning from a mobile might cost more ( hopefully Admin will put me right if it is wrong )

It'll cost loads if you phone from mobile, please don't. If text isn't working and you don't have a landline to call from we do offer card upgrades:

I dont have a smart phone, so no apps

and ive tried again this afternoon and ive still not got a text back, im at a bit of a loss! lol, will try again tomorrow n see what happens, if i dont get another text back then, i will give up trying

If you have tried three times, there is no point trying a fourth, your mobile company must be blocking the text. You can call them to request the block is lifted or use one of the other payment methods

ive always done it by text before, havnt tried again, got a friend off the site to do it for me, will have to remember i owe them a fiver, lol
