Random sent messages dissapearing

Something that I've noticed is that, on occassion, a message will dissapear from my sent messages.

Now I understand that this happens if the recipient has left the site, but this is happening to messages that I have sent to.members that are still very much active on the site and have not blocked me.

My concern is, as i've only noticed this happening to unread messages, whether these messages are completely dissapearin from fab or if it's only my record of them. In other words, will the message still be in the inbox of the person I sent it to?

The Site periodically clears the servers - and that includes old messages.

I still have old messages. The ones that are dissapearing are more recent.

I've tried selecting sent mail. Also now deleted a friend requests and winks to make space. It's quite annoying as some old sent mail is showing on other chats but not the one I want to show!!
