Messge filters

I have my messege filters set so that people have to be between certain ages in order to messege me however i frequently get messeges from people outside those ages !

They arent 'friends' nor have we messeged before.

Who and how do i contact to get this sorted ?

I think sometimes it’s because people have changed their names and people don’t realise they messaged them under a different name or indeed maybe changed from a couple to a single or vica versa.

Im a site supporter so if i had been in contact with them before it would show so its not that.
