Sent messages vanished.

Can we alter the length of time we have them on our sent page?

Are they removed from the recipient?

Why do some disappear and others stay on the page?

Why does the site feel it’s right to do this?

Anyone got any answers please and thank you.

If the recipient leaves the site all messages vanish too.

Periodically the servers get cleared of old messages.

I've had my sent messages disappear in a couple of chats but have the received ones! How can I view them..user is still on the site.

Delete some of the newer messages, and the older ones will re-appear - they've just dropped off the front page, so-to-speak.
