FabSwingers.com forum: Photo Verifications Flaw

To get photo verified all you need to do is send a body shot with the fabswingers/username sign, right?

But that’s only effective and proves the body shot taken is theirs.

if the person was to have a selfie of someone else that is not themselves, they’d be verified as real just with a body shot.

Maybe I’m missing something and that isn’t the case. If that’s so, I do apologise!

1: Write "FabSwingers.com" and your username " on a piece of paper.

2: Photograph yourself holding the paper with hands showing. Photo should show your face or full length nude.

I verified with a full length nude and no face in it. Not sure why they do it that way, but they do.

Exactly. That’s what I had to do too. That makes it very easy for individuals to get verified then post a face pic that isn’t there’s and their account would look genuine.

Surely they should require a face pic verification too and if they don’t want to make it mandatory, at least make it an option so the persons profile says “body verified” or “face verified” or “full verified”. Would make the site a bit more comfortable as I suspect some folk are definitely fake here lol

If there was any doubt about a profile they would ask the person to upload a PV with a face

Even the photo verification isn't 100% secure as people have said before ( even years back ) do the site view every picture sent in , if you look through some off the Moderators replies they keep telling us the site is run by Volunteers so from that I guess you need to make your own mind up.

In the sites defence they do give you options to try and make your time here good but that is left to you to use them correctly and I guess common sense , if it doesn't look right then it probably ain't or if it doesn't look genuine again it probably ain't .
