Having trouble with varification

I have submitted a varification but the the person can not see it on their profile? Can admin please help?

Do you both have same internet connection and has she published it?

If there a block there or mabey they have blocked for example no public pictures this would stop you giving a verification as well check with them to see if there anything like that stopping it
