Previous account names

When logging in, old previous account names are displayed in the login window. Is it possible to delete these and just display our current active account?

I have cleared out our cache and checked the box on Mozilla Firefox settings not to save passwords etc but still our previous account sign in names display whenever we log in.

Any guidance in removing these would be much appreciated

If you press on the previous name a prompt will come up asking u if u want to delete.

Unfortunately that did not work, the only prompt is; Have you forgot your password

Do you have your cromes etc set to save username and password you will probably have to go to the setting and do it this way

Thank you for your reply. I have unchecked on Mozilla Firefox the option to save username & passwords but still the login displays our past previous usernames.

I feel this is perhaps a site glitch rather than a browser/search engine related issue.

Your browser will have a list of saved passwords etc in it somewhere, so although you've asked it not to save any more it will have past ones saved. I have removed some before but can't 100% remember where and it will depend on the browser, but look into privacy and security settings.

Thank you - I feel I have exhausted all options regarding saved usernames/privacy etc.

Some of the names displayed in the login box go back many years. I don't think we even had this laptop when some of the usernames where in use which makes me feel this is a site glitch as opposed to a browser cache issue.

This issue is now sorted. Many thanks to all concerned.

A deep root cleanse did the trick which although annihilates every password/username shopping list you ever had finally deleted all the stored names!
