How do I do this on basic membership?

I don't think it's different. There should be an option on the person's profile (which you'll see as you're verified).

You just click verify on the persons profile and verify...be warned if youve shared an internet connection the verification will not go through

Go to persons profile and top right click menu, then select verify genuine. Fill in box and tick meet or cam verification click save hey presto.

You have previously verified people who have verified you. So do the same as you did then. Go to their profile and click verify.
