"Happened to me a couple of week ago. Nothing came through after 10 minutes. I then sent another text and then bam, two codes arrive one after the other! Still, it means I'm not having to renew until April now!" It's strange as it normally comes through straight away. On here it does say if you don't receive a code back you haven't been charged. I've sent two texts now and nothing,I certainly don't want to end up paying twice. | |||

"Don't text again as sometimes it can take a while for a text to come through and you may be charged twice." Oh too late I have done as the site says I won't have been charged. It's just unusual as I've always received a text back straight away. | |||

"Iv the same problem i txt last night and still haven't received anything how do i sort this " Well the site says if you haven't received anything back then you will not have been charged,I'd check your account just to confirm first and then ring up instead. You'll have a nice lady giving you some advise just ignore that and it gives you the PIN at the end of the call. | |||
