Cant seek photos!

Hi.. just been told by a Phone doctor that due to a recent update between FAB and Chrome this has now prevented my phone from seeing any photos. .crucial lol! He advises until further update is done between them then that may iron out the problem...I just gotta be patient . .aaaaarrrggh! .
