Hello

Does your past message history delete completely when you delete the thread but reopen conversation?

Is there any chance that although the thread has been deleted for ‘now’ , when you begin messaging again, the conversation pops up from what was said?

Sometimes we haven’t been in touch with someone for a while and to stop our inbox being flooded, we close the thread but add a note to their profile knowing we will look forward to chatting further again.

It would be nice however to be reminded of the whole previous conversation when we do.

Is this possible please?

Mrs P

If the sender has used a previous message to reply to you, the whole conversation will show.

If they have mailed you from a new message, only that one will show.

It would be so helpful if you could read messages with profiles ..It shows you have chatted but sometimes you don't know if you are both interested in each other but are both busy for a while or they said no. It would be so much easier if it could be a bit similar to a popular social media most of us use.

I have started to make notes against people's accounts as a reference x

Yes I'd like this too, it's not particularly helpful knowing you messaged 4 months ago when you can't remember how things were left.

If you hit delete thread then previous messages show when other party message, however if you hit delete inbox/sent then they are gone for good
