OK I totally get that people don't want to be harrassed, and this would be the last thing we would want to do as we don't like it ourselves. So the warning that you have sent a message which hasn't been replied to is a good thing.

However

We exchanged winks with someone almost a year ago, sent them a message, no reply. Fair enough, move on.

Today we get a wink from them. So we wink back and sent a message. The warning comes up, and looking in our sent messages, it appears it hasn't gone?

Confused.

How are you identifying that it hasn't gone?

"How are you identifying that it hasn't gone? "

Of course I don’t rule out going mad, but it’s nit in the sent messages and I am sure we sent it.

I might be wrong here but I believe that older than 3-4 months messages are being deleted automatically.

Seen them go like that from the inbox so assuming it's the same with outbox. Mrs

I have long past the crazy stage and sometimes type a message, think I've sent it and press the back button .

Someone we're chatting to sent us three messages in a row yesterday without us responding in between if its any help.

Thanks, this one would have had to disappear straight away though. Couldn’t have sent it

Missread your post. Thought you were looking for the one you've sent a year ago
