My profile has gone from being a single to couple profile and I haven’t changed anything ? How do I change it back? Anyone know?x

This is why you now have a couples profile and not a single female profile. It's clear that there are two of you on your profile, this is why it's been changed. Quite rightly so.

Therefore if he's present at meets it should be a couples profile, whether you are together, FB or fwb

Agreed should be kept separate a profile when meeting as two and a profile for meeting completely alone.
