Photos/fake profile

If someone isn’t photo verified can they upload any old pics of anyone? In turn creating a fake profile?

Anybody can put a fake profile up as long as they don't use the sites photo verification as they need to produce a pic with them holding there profile name and showing there face and 2 hands

Pictures aren't cross checked against the verification picture as far as I know.

No system is foolproof. Do your own checks.

Its a thing we never know for sure , but if you put your trust in the site organisers then you have to accept that they look at all the new members photos submitted to them. You can always send them a message as there is a conact admin button at the bottom off the page

If our ever in doubt then use a reverse image search such as tineye, or google. If people have fake pics that's one of the easiest way to find out.

Yeah. If it seems too good to be true (or otherwise implausible), search for it. It's not foolproof, but I find several fakes a day.

how do you do that reverse search thingy heard loads chat about it but never been explained how you do it

I’m not 100% it’s just a little off, no photo verification and just feels wrong( not in a good way ??)
