My profile states I am a 'couple'!!

Please help - for some reason recently my profile is saying that I am part of a couple - I am still single and I have checked and rechecked that I have ticked the right boxes and it clearly states single in my profile details. Please help as its giving the wrong impression. Thank you

Report it to admin so they can look into it and sort it out for you.
