Why do admin not insist on everyone getting photo verification within the first 24hrs

Administration would be enormous.

Not enough time for Admin to undertake - it's only the Admin who undertakes this - so there would be no time for anything else!

It is enforced in certain circumstances.

It seems to me they are! I have had two accounts that my friend and I have set up today suspended because we aren’t photo verified. When did this become a thing?

If you've had profiles before, I had to do it, I had a couples profile and an old single profile made from the same IP address.
