Help for new or rejoiners

Hi

We have been having a few issues on our return.

So as technically a newbie we searched for help who to contact. All pointed to the forums.

But as a newbie. You cant post a post.

So how can you ask for help.

But with no other method if you have problems if would make sense to develop a better approach.

I don't think you have to wait that long to get into chat, and if you use a quieter room, there is often someone around that is happy to help.

Use 'search' in the forum? I imagine most issues have been covered at some time. Reading a helpful post doesn't involve you posting.
